Hi guys. Quick question for you. I picked up a retro 4" Stalker and Grunt recently. The heads have a barbell joint that connects in the neck. When I removed the head, the barbell stayed in the head. How do you guys go about removing the barbell from the head without destroying it?

Just heat the head up, and pop it out. It comes out relatively easily.
