Cap, tiny tiny bit of green stuff or a tiny bit of glue or blu-tack and paint over or a soldiering iron and make the scar yourself... though not sure how that would turn out lol as never tried it, might ruin the head?
Or simplest option, paint it on? |

You can use a tack with those big plastic ends. I suggest using pencil to mark what you want. Then if scared lightly keep scratching same spot until you get what you want. If no tack use a small nail or eye glass screw driver since there tiny. You can use even a paper clip. I love MacGyvering stuff lol

I got a fine red pen from hobby lobby and was going to carve a little line across the eye then outline it in red. Wasn't sure though how it would turn out cause I never did it.

All of those are really good ideas, especially for making deep scars.
If you're looking for a lighter, or healed-over scar, try this technique directly on the plastic (with no carving): 1. Paint the scar as a line in red or burgundy 2. Outline the scar line with a several-shades-lighter tone of the scar color. Fade away from the scar line. 3. drop of slight wash of the surrounding/undamaged flesh tone over the scar. Maybe a second wash coat for an older scar. |
