I placed an order with the Angel Forge mid Feb.
I got a notice that the items had shipped 3/8 and a tracking # was provided. When checking the tracking number it shows that only the label was created, but nothing has shipped. I have messaged them from their website on the contact us twice and have not recieved any respons. The email confirmation of sale I got from them says to check your order status call 123 456 7890. The # does not work and is clearly a fake #. Website also says items ship in 1-4 business days. I also got charged for "Priority shipping" as the only option. I have bought from them in the past and have never had any issues before. Anyone else having problems or know what is going on? Thanks

Yeah, they never fixed my order error... Really hard to trust them.

I had an order last fall that took ages but arrived. I sent them a thank you note since they threw in an extra headcast as a thank you. Never got a response, so I wonder if whatever email they offer as contact is no longer monitored.

Yeah, I got a tracking number for my most recent order on the exact same date (March 8), but no movement yet. The order was placed on February 15th, almost a month prior. My only other order so far (back in December) took only around 3 weeks total to arrive from time of purchase, and I also got a tracking number within just a couple days.

I had a similar issue. Purchased 2/6, got s shipping notice 2/12 and then nothing. Waited patiently for a month figuring it would update eventually or the PO messed up and it would just show up in the mail box. But nothing changed. Sent an email inquiry, waited a week, no response. Sent another, same result. After the third email attempt I filed a claim with PayPal. I apologized to AF for it, but felt there was no other recourse. "Amazingly", a couple days later the tracking updated and my parts came in and the claim was dropped. I felt bad filing the claim, but even a one sentence response of a delay would've sufficed. Even after the claim was filed, a quick sorry or something would've been nice, or even a brief explanation. Not recommending anyone go that route, but it did get me my parts.

^ I WOULD recommend that route.
Going months without responding to communication and delivery of product is ridiculous. Just be transparent, AF. On the flipside to that, the guy on Marauders’ FB page today, griping about MJ not returning his message basically overnight, heh. MJ is the epitome of running a small company the RIGHT way.
