Questions ? about Slice customs

To those that have done Slice customs before and attempted to make the little stars on his torso and upper legs. How did they do it and how did it turn out? Thx.

I didn't bother with the stars, I figured the dots were small enough and opted to give him leopard spots instead.
But I'm sure you could make a stencil or something with a bunch of tiny little stars.
