Just giving a shout out to my fellow Canucks -
I'm faced with some heavy parts dilemmas for some builds and what i have is extremely thin. Almost all of my parts have been from Ebay and only some which are casted. The dollar as we know it is absolutely the pits right now and shopping on Ebay im paying full price for most of the stuff - roughly $30 Canadian w/shipping per figure that I may only need a few pieces from Do any of you use some local Canadian website or have any links that could help this customizer out financially? Thanks! |

Kijiji is probably your best solution, or local toy shows. You can also find cool stuf on Facebook Canadian joe groups

I have a friend in Dallas that frequents collectible toy stores. Usually I give him a shopping list and he'll get what he can and ship em all at once so I don't need to pay insane shipping. In some cases, if I really really want something then I'll buy the complete figure on Ebay and after a while, I list all my extras as a fodder lot on Ebay to recoup some of the costs.
I totally feel your pain. If you look at my customs, lots of them use vintage parts on the modern figures. Then I'm stuck with the vintage figure. I end up selling them off in lots when I get enough of them and keep the money in Paypal so I don't see the exchange rate when I buy.

Check Bounty Hunter Toys and Toys on Fire on line, or you could check the BST on JoeCanuck.
