I know for me, I got a torso from Angel Forge that was a little warped. The heads I ordered were amazing, though. The torso thing wasn't the end of the world as I found MTF parts for what I was trying to do that worked out much better. I would still order from Angel Forge, though.
Does anyone know of any to avoid completely though for future reference? Last edited by LEEE777; 05-21-2021 at 04:03 PM.. |

I will say it took a while for the Angel Forge stuff to come in, but I got an e-mail update letting me know it was shipped, so right there that's good.
I've seen some really interesting stuff on Acacslab's website. I'm curious about the turnaround time. Like you've probably read, Vortious customs take so long. I wish I could speak to the quality but I haven't gotten my first order yet and that was put in the first week of February. |

AVACslab is my favorite easily. I don't recall him ever having bad turn around time either.
I dig raginspoon too. And man, Vortious has just some of the coolest product, but as has been stated in this thread, you could be waiting over a year for an order. And I've seen evidence of him being a little challenging communication-wise. |

Agree on all three points! I have ordered from Avac's, Raginspoon, Angelforge, and Vortious. I have never received any bad products from Avac's, Ragin', or Angelforge, plus the wait time has never been too bad. However, my last experience a few years ago with Vortious was enough that I have vowed never to order from Dennis again. No matter what his situation was/is, there was no communication and I waited over a year for items to come in with some of those being warped.
Jason Can't speak on Ragin as I haven't ordered from him in a while. Angelforge has become a wasteland as you will wait easily 6 months for an order and sometimes more. They barely communicate and when they do its excuses and to tell you your order will ship next week and then it doesn't and then more excuses. They use to be great but no longer.

It’s funny, I mention I want a refund and suddenly I get the response that it should be out this week. Let’s see if that happens or if he just bought himself more time to stall...

Only real issue with Ragin is that everything is out of stock so often

Just send him a message on Facebook. He's pretty good about filling special request orders. You just need to ask for what you want. He helped me out a ton with parts for my Plague team, and Q-force team. None of that stuff was in stock but I still got the items I needed.

After weeks of hounding, I got a tracking number which, in theory, should arrive this weekend. I won't believe it until it arrives. Part of me feels bad I had to keep sending e-mail after e-mail, but then I think about how long I've had to wait and the fact that I've had to send e-mails in the first place when a simple "Hey, your order is taking longer than expected" would've held me over for a while.
