Hi everyone, Austin from Geewunner customs here. I was advised to start a new thread about my custom Lego/Kreo Joe vehicles to interact with you folks, field questions and ask some of my own, all in the effort to make the best possible products. Some of our other sets can occasionally be seen at our eBay listings, including the FANG, HISS, Missile Defense Unit, Water Moccasin, and Sharc. We have at least two more vehicles planned for release by the end of the year, including our biggest set yet. Looking ahead to Joe’s big anniversary year of 2014, we have a lot of great stuff planned, from multiple eras of the franchise, so if you like what we’ve done so far, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet!

At any rate, if you have questions about our items, I’d be happy to answer them in this thread. Also, I have some questions of my own…

Are you most (or at all) interested in…
Only RAH stuff?
Just the early era (’82-‘86ish?)
Later RAH (’87-ish thru ’94 and beyond)?
Adventure Team homage sets?
Recolors/retools (i.e. red or white HISS tanks, Tiger Force, etc)?
Customs based on vehicles from fiction (Cobra Sky Crane copter, ATV from ‘Cobra’s Captives’, etc.)?
…or based on unproduced prototypes like the Tank Transporter?
Geewunner original sets “in the style of” Joe (such as our currently available Ninja Cycle 2pack)?
Original recolors/retools (such as a “polar” AWE Striker in white)?
Playsets? Big? Small?
Playsets based on environments from fiction?

Asked this in the Kreo Appreciation thread but didn't get an answer:

Do you have any instructions that can be downloaded? If you open them up to the community, some of the creative guys here and on the Facebook page might be able to help to enhance the designs.

To answer a few of your questions: I'm mostly into 82-86 stuff as far as figures but would be interested in just about anything lego/kre-o in vehicles but especially playsets. Any size on playsets but especially the sears missile set, 83 joe hq and the terror drome. I'm really tempering my excitement for the kre-o terror drome. I could see it being a lame façade like the kre-o autobots hq.

My interest is really only in RAH/Sunbow stuff.

Sunbow based sets - like all the crazy Cobra Weapons and Secret Bases or really any environments - would be really appealing.

Anything that came out in the DIC-era or later wouldn't really excite me too much.

I never read the comic, so comic-only sets wouldn't thrill me.

I wanted to chime in to say I've bought almost all of these customs, and I love them all. Fantastic builds. I would love to see playsets as well. Open to almost anything.

I believe I own every single Geewunner G.I. Joe set so far (barring a few Night Landing and Ferret variants), and I love them all! Especially impressive is the HISS, and the SHARC is just incredible. Austin is an extremely talented guy, and extremely friendly as well.

As for which sets I'd like to see... I'm definitely more into COBRA than JOE, so how about a Rattler, a STUN, the SNAKE Armor and a Stinger? I love the comics AND the cartoons, so I'm down for just about anything. I wouldn't mind seeing wackier stuff like the Pogo Pod either.

How about a Cobra Hind? I always pictured (besides the Comics) the Hind as being a Cobra-esque vehicle
