I've had plans drawn up for one of these about the size of a large dresser since the plans use 3 of the PTE Headquarters playsets for Fort Wadsworth

I'm using that as somewhat of a guideline for my Cobra Springfield dio. It's going to be huge! I just need some ideas as far as a structure to support the weight of the levels and all the vehicles/figures that will be in it. Any ideas?

Go to your local furniture store and ask for their styrofoam that comes with dressers/hutchs. I used to sell furniture and I have some huge sheets of styrofaom. I'm talking 5 feet long by 2 1/2 feet wide and three inches thick. Big slabs of it. I am working on a Cobra arctic base and using it for the walls. I bought dial rods at walmart and used them and elmers glue as pegs to connect at the joints. The styrofaom is thick enough to hold the weight of Joes and vehicles and the store will give it to you for nothing. They throw it away.
