I picked up a few lucky Doug farm playsets, lots of potential for Joe and other 3.75-4 inch lines

Scifi?
https://www.amazon.com/TimMee-Star-A.../dp/B099D5YM64 Timmee toys also sells random 1/18th scale stuff and a multi sided Space station version, but they mostly make lots and lots of Plastic Army men. Schleich Dino Research set. https://www.amazon.com/Schleich-Dino...dp/B09S3WV4JF/ Imaginext sets are actually massive, so something like this actually ain't bad if you find something you like. 3 inch figures, so 1/4 too small, but it's scaled for 3 inc hers. https://www.amazon.com/Fisher-Price-...dp/B00BQYQY8Q/

If you can find the Pallisades Muppet's Pig's in Space playset from 2003 I highly recommend it for Cobra. https://muppet.fandom.com/wiki/Swinetrek_Playset
As is its perfect scale for classified figures (ignore the Ms Piggy in the wiki's pic shes significantly enlarged). The colors work for a great Cobra theme and the viewfinder at the back has a slot so you can easily slot it with any image you can print out on paper. I currently have a Cobra symbol on mine. It comes with a few stand alone computer consoles and tech looking stands not shown in the picture on the wiki. The monitors on the console can be popped out and moved around between several pieces. And the additional pieces can be mixed, matched, and combined in several ways to make great looking technology background props. The doors slide open and shut and you can also easily slot pictures behind them. The door section walls fold out to form angled walls to look very much like the inside of a Terrordrome shape. They can also be easily dropped out of their angle holder tab to form a flat wall. It has slots in the back behind the red clear "lights" so that the playset can be wired up with leds with no modifications. The main console and chairs can all be removed by unscrewing some screws at the bottom if you want to convert the set to Oring, Super 7, and ME scales. I currently use my set as a cobra lab, it would also make a great Cobra command center, communications center, monitoring facility, or just an interior section of the terrorodrome. The Walmart exclusive Kid Connection Space Exploration Play Set is fantastic for 3.75 and ME Joes. Customizers are turning them into Cobra Missile launch bases and doing amazing stuff with it. The rocket platform fits a Rolling Thunder missile on it perfectly.

This is 150 bucks? I think it is cool but I'm not sure it is worth 150 bucks.
