I should probably gather all these into one thread, but earlier I posted a question like this and got a helpful response.
Just need to know if anyone has used these heads on a custom and if they might post pics mounted to a figure. Thanks again, and I'm going to try to keep these organized into one thread. I am just trying to see the actual scale of the head in proportion to the body, as some of the old heads are quite a bit smaller than the newer styles. Also trying to see if certain helmets fit these heads, particularly the Dusty POC Kevlar Helmet and the Airborne Helmet, which are both about the same size.

I have never used the later two, but I really like the first one. I'm planning on using it soon, myself. It fits pretty well right out of the box... I just used some scissors to clean out the hole, and it snapped on pretty well. Seriously, it took about 10 minutes.
It's a great sculpt of Clooney, on any Joe character you need a unique head for. I'm going to use him for Rapid-Fire. Anyway, I hope that helps. It's a great head; I like it alot and the Angle Forge does a great job. Honestly, it's a wonderful company. It offeres SO many of the old Slayer heads, which were great, but now they're all in fleshtone and they are delivered VERY quickly. I don't want to say a word against Slayer or any one else in the business. I just think The Angel Forge is doing a great job of using fleshtone plastics and delivering quickly.

Well, thanks OB for the response.... I don't think I would have immediately picked out that the first sculpt was Clooney... Would you mind posting a pic of that head mounted to a figure, and possibly with a Dusty helmet on there if you have one... Or the Airborne helmet... I am trying to make an order from AngleForge, and I just need to see size/fit comparisons if I can.
Hard to believe no one else has used these other sculpts... Is the guy with headphones an anime character? Can't really tell for sure, and the bearded guy looks like he'd make a good Adventure Team dude! Let me know... If you know.

What store is doing the headset sculpt? Perfect head for a pilot.

That one is at AngelForge... I don't know anything about it. Yeah looks great for exactly that...
It almost looks like the headset is removeable... But that would be asking a lot maybe... Still looks cool!

I only have the 3rd one, the "70s bearded man"/12" GI Joe head sculpt.
I was going to use it for Colonel Courage, but I haven't painted it up yet. It looks fine on the Duke torso, as far as scale goes, though. Not sure if that helps. |

The bearded one... I was thinking it was the collector's club Land Adventurer sculpt... But that one is quite a bit different... Let me know if you have a pic of it mounted...
Duke torso? Meaning the renegades Duke?

No, 25th Duke. I was using the jetpack Duke (single carded one with the flag) torso since it's the closest to Colonel Courage's.

I got mine from Slayer before they closed. I think Angelforge has it, though.
