I am hoping to commission some work from one of the resident pro's here in the customs area of the 'tank. I have done a lot of custom work, but I cannot get camo right. I need Sting Raider Copperhead's waist painted to match Wave 1 Flint's legs. I would like it to be non-glossy yet highly durable (like the paints used by Hasbro). It will also need the belt painted white. Is anyone here able to help me out? I can pay a fair price or make a trade for your efforts. Help?!

I might be able to assit you in this. Here are some links to my work. If I recall, what your asking for should be fairly simple. It is a two-color camouflage pattern. I use a four-color pattern when doing all my camo work. As far as highly durable, I trim all the joint areas where contact may occur, and then use super glue to add durability in order to minimize paint rub, then I dull coat it with Testors Dull Coat. How durable is it...? Its not factory finish, but should hold up for minimal handling. (So long as its not dropped and kicked around on the sidewalk lol!) I don't know of any custom paint that would stand up as well as the color molded factory originals.
If your interested, I can look at doing this after the holidays. Maybe sooner if time permits. I am a US Marine and work + family time takes a lot out of me. My wife and I are also expecting our second child early Jan. Thanks to all who have responded. I currently have an arrangement to get the work done, but most everyone who replied has shown excellent skill! I am amazed at the talent that may be found on this board.
