It'll be easier to show you, but a rough material list:
a razor saw for cutting the means to drill a tiny hole (many options there) a small screw/screwdriver sandpaper of various grits a clamp a rag CA glue paint It's a bit more involved than other methods, but I build EVERYTHING I can to withstand being used. I figure it's best to go the extra mile and spend more time on something now and never have to worry about it again.

I have never worked on o ring figures - but have used hot glue to basically fill voids for articulation to work better. I would assemble the figure completely except the head. Then put Vaseline on the neck peg. let the glue gun get super hot so the glue flows fast....fill the neck void of the torso with glue and quickly press the neck it. The Vaseline will allow the neck to turn onc cooled and the glue should mold a pocket for the socket. AND what ever extra oozes out trim with a blade. Hot glue doesn't stick all that well so you can easily open the torso and remove it if you change your mind or 1st try was a fail.
Really though, this works 95% of the time.

Now I have a new custom vehicle project to do after getting an X-30 at a drift store... The story is that I went with my little family, wife, daughter almost 2 years and son 1 month to a festival like an attraction park. They had a drift store so we went to check it. My daughter was picking up some toys, including a vehicle baby truck so while I was checking baby toys after finding out that non tag items are $1 and red tags $5, I told my daughter, ok you keep everything you have in hand so let me check if I find you something else. When I checked a tray under one of the tables, I can't believe my eyes when I saw the Python X-30... I started checking it and I was saying what a coincidence... That morning I was checking for their pricing on ebay, because of my idea to customize it in chrome silver color like the Sky Patrol vehicles... At the it just cost me $1...
Now I need to buy a good spray chrome paint. Any ideas on the right color to make shine like one of those Sky Patrol vehicle guys?

Haha, don't worry man, I won't- I spent yesterday looking through my small box of spare parts for some donors and plan to start taking pics tonight. Should be up in a couple of days.
