Thank you, Axon! Now I'm kicking myself even more for losing out on this lot because that injustice joker figure looks expensive. Great coat, though.

I may just stick to the Doctor and this Cobra Commander for coats. I want to do a Shadow, Green Hornet and Dick Tracy custom sometime and those coats would totally work.

Unfortunately, the best coats tend to be on expensive figures. Maybe movie Nick Fury and Avengers Assemble Nick Fury aren't as expensive, but it feels like none of them are cheap these days.

Also a nice coat on Star Wars Force Link Hux, but might be a little tight for MTF bodies

In addition to force link Hux, PotF endor Han is another option that's not too rough on the wallet. Golden Compass Lee Scoresbee has a really nice coat. Those figures pop up on ebay for reasonable prices once in a while, especially loose. An added bonus of that last one is you also get Sam Elliot head, sweet hat and also a nice revolver and holster. Marvel universe gambit and Xmen origins wolverine Sabretooth have another coat sculpt in brown and black (respectively) that also turn up for decent prices on loose figures.

Yup. Search for Force Link General Hux. Great long coat and you should be able to find one for less than $10, shipping included.

You all are incredible! I had no idea there were so many characters with long coats. These will be perfect for a Green Hornet, The Shadow or Dick Tracy custom.

Couple more options are the 3.75 Doctor Who figures and Mad Eye Moody from Harry Potter. Mad eye is a heftier fella and fits well on the Penguin from the spin master Batman movie. I've got a Harvey Bullock in the works using the sleeved arms and jacket on Penguin.
