I see...sorry, I didnt go back far enough or I just overlooked it - I've got some cognition issues so that happens a lot.
Couple out-of-the box ideas: Instamorph - you can heat up a small amount of this stuff and make a paper-thin sheet to cover the mouth and nose of a head and wrap it up under her chin and jaw. Cool thing is, when it cools it hardens and stays in form. It would be perfectly contoured to her face and be easily removable. It has no ink/coloring so you don't have to be concerned with bleeding onto the flesh color of the face. If you try it, apply a layer of lotion to the head so that the plastimorph doesn't adhere. I tried using this stuff to make a mold to cast a HOA 3.75 Tont Stark head and it was a whole bitch to separate it the first time. After it's cured/hardened and you remove it the first time, clean away the lotion from head and mask and it won't stick anymore once fully cooled. Spandex book covers - used some of this to make a dress for a RE4 Ada Wong custom. Took some trial and error (I'm no tailor) but the beauty is the stretch of the spandex lets you make a form-fitting garment. I would actually prefer this over the plastimorph bc 1. No risk of getting it stuck to head and running it trying to peel it off. 2. Can be pulled up over face OR dropped down as neck gaiter. 3. Will fit more than just the head you initially make it for. One book cover could allow you plenty of material for several masks (including any trial runs you wind up scrapping so you won't need to worry about waste) and once you figure out your cut size for fabric, you could just set a standard and go by that as opposed to having one unique molded mask for a single head. Hope you find what you need. Good luck! |

My apologies if this was already posted, but does anyone know if someone has 3d printed the sniper rifle in 1/12 scale that Fumbles/Trouser Snake uses?

Thanks Slaymaker. I probably used the wrong description for how they make them. lol
I'll use one of these as a stand-by until I can get one from a cool Etsy creator. It won't be for a while, but when he makes it...it will be just like the one Fumbles had. |

Marauder stuff is mold injected toy style plastic. Not saying they don't break... but much hardier than the other 2 types.

No one ghosted you. Someone just works a lot, and also has a very active inbox.
