I need something like the skirt Resolute Destro has but for a bit of a larger Arkham Bane figure, anyone know of or have anything that might work?

I think for the size of that Bane, this is your best option, though it’s not perfect for what you’re after: https://vitruvianarmory.com/monks-ro...ehemous-skirt/

Unfortunately I do not have a whole Bane figure to help you compare it (I separated him with intent to use the bottom half pictured here on an upper half from a spin masters Killer Croc so he can have real legs) but since it would be cut at the waist and sit below the upper torso anyway, hopefully this helps you visualize. the BFS skirt is a good idea for a cost-effective alternative to slicing the coat off of a resolute destro but it is going to be too small for the Bane. Here are a few quick and dirty mock-ups with a Red Skull coat (molded to drape over his shoulders), Multiverse Hush, and POTF Jedi Luke cloak. The Red Skull coat will require work to remove sleeves and collar, the Hush coat will be less on modifying. The Luke cloak will likely be the least modifying but it is a much thicker rubber than the Red Skull coat while still being very flexible though. Both the Luke cloak and Red Skull coat wrap around the front to more closely resemble Mr X look from RE2 (assuming that is what you are looking for) but the Hush jacket does happen to drape neatly around the cargo pockets on his pants.

Vandal Savage from the Young Justice line is probably what you need. I MIGHT have one.

I don’t think anyone sells them. Your best bet is to sculpt it using green stuff or Aves Fixit sculpt. You could also cut an eye patch pattern out of copy paper and then use a mix of elmers glue and water to coat it and place it over the eye. Use real thin thread or sculpt the band for it.

I used electrical tape once but thought maybe someone smarter than me made one. Thanks.
