I used to do a bit of wargaming (Blood Bowl, 40K & Necromunda) and the online resources for games of this type are innumerable! You can literally build entire cities in this scale out of thick card stock! I have ALWAYS wanted to do this for my GI Joes.
Basically, you buy the art pack from the site, print it out on GOOD card stock, cut it, score it and glue it together and - BAM - instant terrain! CAN THIS BE SCALED UP TO GI JOE SIZE WITHOUT LOSING THE CRISP ART? (PM me if you can do this!) Take a look at what this site has developed for 25mm wargaming! Entire City Streets: WorldWorksGames::Streets of Mayhem More Streets: WorldWorksGames::Streets of Legend Platforms: WorldWorksGames::Platform Command Space Station Interiors: WorldWorksGames::FirstLight: Retrofit More Interiors: WorldWorksGames::FirstLight MORE Interiors: WorldWorksGames::Hellworks 3: Celestus Pravatis Can you imagine these sets scaled up a little bit to fit 1/18th scale?! I have NO PROBLEM buying several packs for this reason, but I don't have a printer. If someone can assist me and scale this up to the correct size, I will take it to some copy center and have a zillion sheets printed. ANYONE WHO HELPS ME WILL GET COPIES OF ALL THE SETS I PURCHASE FOR FREE!

Do you know the size of the images they give you? That will determine how good they will look when you print them at a scale that is obviously larger than what they were intended for.

I can scale it up, that is not that much of a problem, the issues is see are twofold.
Firstly, when I look at the images of the star wars minis in the environment, the actual printed images on the walls and floors do not look all that sharp. It might just be a bad photo, I dunno, but the size, resolution and even format of the base images will all affect the scaling. Also, scaling them up means that some things might not fit on on a standard 8.5"x11" card stock. That may or not be an issue if you take them to a actual copy/printer place. I dunno.

Any image can be scaled to size, the print resolution however determines how they will look like printed. to put it in simple terms,
web images are always 72dpi (dots per inch) standard and print, like magazines, always use 300dpi. Large scale print, like billboards, sometimes uses around 12dpi. What I suggest is open the image file in Photoshop, then change dpi settings to 300dpi, then scale and resize to whatever size you want. print and check. trial and error... :-)
