I was wondering what would be the easiest way to remove the paint that is used to print on the cobra/flag on the arms of the 25th figures? Any help would be appreciated.

Test first if using NP remover, it damages plastic.
Try Rubbing alc. AKA Isopropyl alcohol Test that as well

I use denatured alcohol to remove factory paint off my figs. Use it on a cotton swab and in a circular rubbing motion. Works like a charm.

Does the IPA work quickly or does it take several applications? I'm am using the 91% base rubbing IPA and it does not seem to be working to well. I really don't want to use the NP remover unless I have too. Any other suggestions?

Not sure if you are using the cotton swab or not but paint removal is a combination of solvent and friction. Denatured alcohol is what I use at work when I need to remove sticker residue or stray ink splotches. Compared to denatured alcohol, Isopropyl is like using water. The nice thing is the denatured stuff still doesn't dissolve plastic. (Although it may fog some clear plastics.)

If it is enamel, use Castrol Super Clean... Submerge it and let soak for a couple of days and the paint will fall off, most likely.
But do test it first. I know it works great on Revell, AMT, Tamiya, and Fujimi Model plastics, but not positive on Joe's type stuff....
