My longest one was probably my Mignola style Batman I made from a Lobster Johnson Figure , he was about 6 hours but I had to cut and resculpt his head .

Banzai was probably the easiest and shortest, i did him in about half an hour.

Its really dependant on supplies for me.

I've never worked on a custom for more than 2 days. Shortest one was 4 hrs. (my 25th Sci-Fi)
