Actually, if you're lazy and untalented like me, the Attack Of The Clones child Boba Fett makes a serviceable COBRA Youth Billy.

OK...I know it doesn't look anything like the Boy Scout-based uniform or even the character, but it's still a little kid in a blue outfit! Slap a custom COBRA label on the shirt and voila!

I use the Mutt Williams with the snake from IJ as an adult Billy. I'm too lazy to attemp the eyepatch so he just gets a glass eye. The snake also looks like Serpentor's snakes from the Movie.

I'm using a Young Indy as a Cobra Scout Billy, but I'm not sure about the head.

This was the Billy I made some time back. It shows his prosthetic cybernetic leg more then other customs and comes with a sniper rifle, silenced submachine gun and Katana sword. Whether Billy is fighting for or against his father is unknown.

Lost it in an explosion caused by Scrap Iron. The explosion killed Soft Master and caused Billy to loose his leg aswell. Feeling guity, Cobra Commander had his men create a cybernetic prosthetic leg for his son.
