Testors Dullcote is what I use. I've found that the Glosscote works better, then you can use the Dullcote to dull it down too.

krylon(spray)matte or flat finish,easy to find at walmarts,very high qaulity,but makes soft plastic sticky for about a month.

I have customs I sprayed about two years ago with Krylon and they're STILL sticky.

Same. This stuff is great and since I sometimes use different types of acrylics on the same figure (model masters, tamiya, liquitex) it really pulls the figure together giving it a more factory finish.

The craft section at Wal-Mart has an acrylic sealer for around five bucks. Works great.

I've used Krylon Matte for years, and it's always dried and ready to handle almost immediately. I've been wanting to try the Testors though. Where can I find that?

You should be able to find it at any decent hobby/craft store that sells plastic models-usually aircraft. Generally, you won't find it at Wally World or the like. Hope this helps.
