hey all I'm giving a shout out to customizers for some advice on a non-joe custom I'm working on. heres my dilemma I need to get the modern SW arms to fit the Potf2 torso I opened. the main problem is the hole for the arms are to big and the area for the swivil is to small on the arm compared to the one inside the torso. I'm hoping sumone here may have experience with this issue were the the area that holds the joint in was to large for the connecting part of the shoulder. cheers guys
oh yeah there is pics as my description probably sounds like insanity

been trying that is there a specific way to get it to hold ? without gluing the arms into place. I want them to be able to move and be strong enough to withstand decent usage

I don't think I have any joints spare. how do you swap out the joint ?all I'd have would be joe ones and They seem to be about the same size as the SW one

... if it's not going to be getting any serious play (going to a kid or someone that is going to rough it up) you could cut the nub off the peg and glue on the 'disc' that held the original 'swivel' arm in place. i did that on a manimal custom and it worked OK... that at least keeps all the mobility in place...

Do you still have the arms from the potf2 torso?? Im thinking REALLY carefully cut the securing mushroom/cone off those.
Now trim down the securing cone on on the new arms so that instead of a peg that ends in a cone you just have a straight peg. DO NOT trim the length, just trim the diameter of the cone. now use a pin drill to drill out the original securing cones so they will fit onto the carved down pegs on the new arms and glue in place.

I was thinking about that but the only draw back is it may not stick to the plastic on the arm right and may snap to easily.
