Finally got new batteries for my camera! Here's the hair swapped Baronesses. On "Chameleon, I simply painted the glasses black, red lipstick, and all the yellow parts black.
Real easy one here. Took the hair from the wave 8 and swapped it out with the box set. Much better I think. (sorry for the pic. camera's battery was about drained.) Last edited by MrClean; 05-03-2010 at 09:35 PM.. |

That looks awesome! How did you "swap out the hair"? I'm not much of a customizer... :(

Use a blow dryer to fix the hair. No, seriously. Heat head with blow dryer, pull hair off, put hair on new head. Done.

Thanks for the tip. My 5 pack one had it's hair just fall of in my hands, I did the swap and just a dab of Super Glue and she looks way better. I actually like the 5 pack hair better on the wave 8 body.

Yep, that's pretty much the best 'how to". I didn't even have to heat mine up. The hair pretty much pried right off both with no trouble. I also put the windswept hair on the wave 8 body and painted the glasses and lips, but my camera had pretty much died before getting any more shots. Thanks all for the kind words! |
