Looks great. I have the head on a SDCC CC to get a DDP ish Crystal Ball, but I like your version better. How hard was it to open the SW torso to get the arms out. Did you do it just like a Joe?

Hmm... If memory serves, I usually just ram a 1/4" chisel into their backs until I get to the arms. Then, usually, there's a sort of nub on the peg itself that has to be cut off (resembling a Joe arm peg, but that would be obvious if you get this far). I suppose I could try boiling the plastic to soften it, and I bet I could even get the arms without ruining the SW body, but I have no patience, and a lot of chisels, apparently.
