Very nice. Are those sand bags made of sculpey? And how did you make the spot light? It looks like you might have used a bottle cap or a cheap flash light, I'm not sure but it looks really good.

Hey guys thanks for the imput- I made the spotlight from scratch, used a mouthpiece light from my old USCG Flight suit, and some parts I found in my toolbox- molded them together and painted them black. It is powered by a battery pack that is glued to the base of the tower.
For the sandbags I used Crayola Model Magic. I measured them out using an original as a guide. Measured, cut and then pressed the original into the mold to make the sandbag patterns on the clay. I let them dry and then painted them to make them look weathered. Saved me ALOT of money and I think they turned out better then the onese you can buy online. They after they are completely dry they are still soft like real sandbags. I used hotglue to stack them and hold them inplace... As far as my plans for Cobra Island...these small details are going to have to keep me content until I get a big enough room to build the master island... Thanks again, and I am currently finishing up a MUCH better version of the POC A.W.E Striker and I revamped Night Fox.

How durable do you think the Model Magic clay is when its dry? Does it seem like they would be easy to break?
