This is the Minnow and Gilligan. he got his name from being a Navy man and always wearing that hat so he thought as a joke he would name the suit after the Minnow.
not big on the flashy colors but its a recovery vehicle so its ok. for more info on this please check it out here: https://www.facebook.com/pg/Mach-5-C...78435805683362 thanks for looking. |

this isnt the exact figure » 21st Century XD 1:18 Vietnam Joe Damato Figure AviatorNut.com but it was from this series. i bought a couple of them to man the m-48 patton tank they had out i gave to my grand father since he was one of the first tank commanders for that tank in the army and was also an instructor on it. anywho they came with that hat in grey. i put helmets on them and put the hats in the junk pile. this is the exact hat just re-popped Sea Hat
the suit is from the tru animal planet line. picked it up awhile ago and never got around to doing anything from it. i needed a fast project to distract my mind for a few days. this is the exact set i got when it was on sale Animal Planet Deep Sea Adventure Playset - Giant Squid - Toys R Us - Toys "R" Us the suit is a special mix of yellow i made to dirty it up but still be yellow. same with the orange. i wanted the suit to look used but not abused. the only parts i didnt paint were the arm balls and the hook just so the paint wouldnt chip off. the top light is repurposed from the suit. the two side lights are parts from some pens with dial rods inserted into them. the guns are cut down over sized uzi's that come with the KO joe toys from tru. knobs and hose's are repurposed from the suit also. this was super easy to customize. just a couple screws hold it together. even the arms come apart. pick on up and go crazy!
