Finally parts are coming together so I can finish up my Doctor Who customs. The Newest one is also the newest doctor: Matt Smith, the 11th Doctor
Head - (Star Wars) Keyan Farlander Torso - (Star Wars) Rebel Honor Guard (with sculpted Bowtie) Jacket & Arms - (Indiana jones) Henry Jones Sr. Hands - (Star Wars) Biggs Darklighter Legs - Indiana jones Sonic Screwdriver - (Star Wars) Darth Maul Lightsaber So with this custom I learned that while engineered similarily, Star Wars torsos and Indy legs don't always match up (The peg on the legs was longer than the hole on the torso) So I had to cut the peg and drill into the legs to sink the peg a bit Last edited by Shogi; 10-11-2011 at 10:55 AM.. |

Maybe it is just me but I have yet to see a head that really captures the look of the 11th Doctor.
Regardless, great custom. |

i love the 11th doctor..look at my avatar. but did you notice that the head sculpt you used looks just like david tennant the 10th doctor. i actually bought that star wars pilot figure on ebay just because he reminded me of the 10th doctor. either way great custom!

Yeah, I figure this is the closest I could find, but you're right, I've yet to see one that is dead on.
I'll have to compare it to pictures or something, comparing it to the 12" Tennant figure, it doesn't look like him (but then the 12" has a wierd expression anyway ) Funny part is I'm waiting on a different Star Wars figure from ebay to make my Tennant figure too not an exact likeness but pretty close. curious, who are using for your tennant custom? btw ever notice that the dtc rollbar looks just like the 9th doctor. |

Great figure. Matts trousers are dark grey (almost black) and he wears boots. Also I'd add a touch to the fringe - a small bit of milliput - and it'll look great.
