*updated with some details top of page 2.
A big shout out to LtFalcon for his awesome re-VAMP (get it?). I was luke warm on the VAMP due to it's crappy, cheap-grocery-store-truck wheels and high price. Once I saw the El-tee's mod though - combined with 1/2 price at Ross - I knew I could make this happen (I also found the JD Dozer on sale for five bucks at Walmart). Besides using the same wheels, I just did some minor detail work. I painted the roll cage black to match the brushguard and painted the fenders a different shade of brown. It doesn't stand out as much in the photos, but it spices up the look a bit. So - here's my total steal of his update. Last edited by Dake; 01-07-2011 at 01:53 PM.. |

Looks really good, my only criticism would be about how far the wheels stick out. Still looks good, but almost gives it too much of a dune buggy feel.

Nice job on the wheels. I just got mine today, first mod i did was replace that big ass grapple hook with the small hook that comes with shipwreck and cutter, looks much better now.
