The idea was stolen from JoeCustom dot com. However, the stickers is a bit small for the vehicle. If anyone knows someone that creates custom sticker, please let me know.

Sweet Custom. Can you break down the process. I have a couple extra whales laying around.

Thanks for the compliment. Here is the short version of how did I do it.
Here is the ingredient: For paint, I used Tamaya Acrylic spay paint: 1. 2 cans of Gloss Chrome Yellow 2. 1 can of Semi Gloss Desert Sand 3. 1 can of flat white (for Primer) 4. 1 can of Gloss White Pearl 5. 1 can of Semi-Gloss Black Pearl 6. 1 small bottle of Red Guard from Testor Master Acryl 7. 1 small bottle of Gloss black from Testor Master Acryl 8. 1 can of Clear Gloss from Testor. Here is the step that I did to complete this project. 1. Disamble the Killer Whale. detached the base with the top. 2. Remove all the stickers, if any stickers can be saved, try it. I saved my Whales logos. 3. I used "Goo Gone" to remove the glue that left behind by the stickers. 4. Give it a nice clean bath (yes I also used Soap,) and dry them. This method to ensure it removes any debris. 5. Apply 1 - 2 coats of Black pearl on the base of the vehicle. I give about 20 - 30 mins break between coat. 6. Apply 1 - 2 coats of flat white top of the vehicle. This is acting as the primer. 7. For me I apply 4 thin coats of Pearl White to nose of the top. and I apply the rest of the top 4 - 5 coats of Chrome Yellow. 8. The Intersection between White and Yellow, I apply a bit of Desert Sand. So if you look at my you will see there about 3 colors of the top. 9. Apply red paint on any other part of the vehicles - Canon, Machine gun, and the 2 back fans. 10. After everything done. I apply 2 clear coats on the vehicles this will protect the paint and as well as give it extra glossy. I like it look shiny - Vehicle looks much better in person than the pictures. 11. Once everything dry ( I leave it about 1 day,) I started to assemble everything back together. 12. apply any stickers as needed. |

Looks good, glad to see someone else finally doing some Tiger force customs. I agree about the stickers, you should talk to J.Ruben and pick yourself up a set of Tiger Rat Stickerts for the mouth and eyes and then get you a whale set for the rest of the vehicle. For something like a Tiger Force vehicle the stickers really make a custom. Good Work all around though.
The one he's referring to on Joecustoms is my Tiger Force Whale. If you want a step by step on how to do the Tiger Forceing heres a How to: I made for Joecustoms http://wiki.joecustoms.com/wiki/Tige...ainting_How-To Heres a link to my Tiger Force Whale if anyone wants to see what mine looked like: http://www.gijoetoybox.com/gallery2/v/vehicles/tfwhle/
