I decided with this one, I was gonna post a mini dio-story of the GI Joe Seals and their rendezvous with Grunt.
Grunt is manning an outpost when the GI Joe Seals - Torpedo, Shipwreck, and Wet Suit arrive at his position. Grunt quickly debriefs the team on the recent activity in the area. Upon nightfall, there is one more pre-mission brief, and then when day breaks, they take a group picture. I've imaged all these figures in the past, but yesterday I finished Wet-Suit, and today I did some things to get this shoot ready. For each SEAL, I customized them to a specific environment, so as a group they should look out of place. Torpy is the City Strike, Shippy the Desert, and Wet Suit is the Jungle, as far as piecing them with POC and POC-themed customs. Wet Suit has detail painting on the canvas of his boots, my first attempt at that kind of painting. My goal with the SEALs is to get them out of their SEA WORLD outfits, and into a more combat looking attire. Grunt is my Jack Bauer of my GI Joe team.

Uh, so their mission was to take a group picture? Nice set up and customs. Love that Shippy!

They were all last seen mumbling about going to some party with Low Light's sister. DISCLAIMER: I borrowed this idea from Sunbow. EDIT: As far as the Love that Shippy comment - I wanted to do this for alot of reasons, one to bulk up Dusty's team. Two, any Shipwreck begs to be customized in my opinion, though the RoC version wasn't too bad. But I wanted to create a custom that could bring the vibe he had in the Revenge of Cobra mini when he first hooks up with Mutt and Flint. Thanks man. All questions I hope are answered, in my first post. If not, look up the GI_Joe.S2E14.Glamour Girls_part_1 episode on Youtube. My dio is inspired by that episode.

Yeah, apparently Dr. Mindbender came up with some sort of mind control using a camera, so Zartan and Zarana set up a fake modeling agency to entice the Joes to model for an outdoor sporting spread for a JC Pennies catalog. So the SEALS decided to do it for the extra bucks. Grunt said it would be cool.
