The first to my original series the Hell's Gladiators. The line is a slow progress, but it pays off. The concept is that after years and years of torture, Hell must look for other sources of entertainment. So they recreate certain "residents" as gladiators and put them in the arena. Why torture people when you can watch them torture each other? Their motivation to fight? Win enough matches and you go free. Of course, you also have to defeat certain Lords Of Hell. Including Satan himself. Welcome to eternity.
After I got the idea, the rest was fairly simple. I just kept procrastinating on attaching the chains. The paint on the pants is to signify blood stains. Painted the Deadpool head to further emphasize the stitched mouth. Painted a combination of red, brown, and black to give the charred look around the chains. To attach them I simply dremeled into his arm and glued them in. They fit perfectly and the dremel made the edges look rough which enhanced the look of them being melded into his arms. Recipe: Head - Wolverine Origins Movie Deadpool Body - GI Joe ROC Arctic Assault Storm Shadow Hands - GI Joe ROC Gen Hawk Lower Arms - Wolverine Origins Wifebeater Logan Chains - GI Joe POC Storm Shadow

I like the idea. It appears that you have some good paint aps, unfortunately they are hard to see do to the small pics. Try to take the photo in macro then resize in photoshop (1000 x 1000 pixel range is usually good size, also crop to the image) I do like this custom and you should show it off a little better.
