A quick thought turned to (what I consider) a color matched dream of a no-paint required (but optional) head swap.
I figured as good as Dusty is in the heat and sand, there come some situations he is unable to handle on his own. "After repairing and modifying an unmanned Hammer Army drone, Dusty is finally ready to take on the heavily armed nomad forces without backup." I know it is a stretch, but a mech with a wrecking ball or giant claw is more feasible?? -IM2 TRU ground assault drone. -POC Dusty head. -POC Zartan goggles. *Optional touch-up paint on the machine gun with Tamiya Gun Metal. Credit for the initial idea goes to Zartanman. Last edited by M. Aster Karver; 12-12-2010 at 03:31 AM.. |

Hell, maybe it is a stretch, but I like it way better than the mechs that Hasbro gave us...

Simple, and VERY effective idea.
Would beat the crap outta any accelerator suit! Btw, wouldn't the helmeted head make more sense?

I thought of that, but the removable helmet shrinks the head even more...not to mention the masked head looks like a cloth hood and ball cap on top and with a mech body, looks off. At least in my eyes it does. I was looking at it like Whiplash when the helmet is retracted and he's talking to Stark.

A ROC Charbroil helmet painted to match would look cool on this.

If I had a charbroil head, I'd use it, only thing I had were ski masked heads and Dusty at the moment.
Star Brigade? Can't say I remember what Star Brigade was as Joe died after 1986 or 87 for me and picked back up with 25th anniversary on. |
