I concur with the folks saying the legs are a tad big, but besides that, it's a marvelous rendition of Ace.
I was hoping that we'd eventually get a more toon-accurate version, since the 25th version looked very little like the original figure or anything like the cartoon. I've been trying to figure out how I wanted to do this myself, and haven't figure out a solution at all without doing a lot of sculpting (which is the route you took). Regardless, great job. |

Dude ACE looks perfect! Great job! I think the legs look fine, by the way. Fighter pilots need bigger jump suits for cushion; it's a no brainer. A+!

Pretty cool, while the Sunbow cartoon did not age well IMHO, I did like most of the animation designs, Ace being one of them. He actually did fly the Conquest; the 98 version.

oh cool! yeah i totally forgot about that. i think certain episodes of the cartoon hold up extremely well, while others are pretty shabby by today's standards. i'm just a sunbow-lovin' fool though haha.

I like this figure. My son and I were watching an episode last night with Ace in it. I was thinking about how he looked totally different than he did as a figure or in the comic. You have captured the cartoon look to a tee. Great job!
