Hey everyone, I'm back! It's been a long trip from sunny California to, uh, sunny Tennessee. With all my stuff unpacked I had a few days to work on some customs. Here's one to start the week off!
One of my favorite Sigma 6 figures aside from Lt Stone was the Battlefield Cobra Commander. So I decided to recreate him in 3 3/4" scale. His body is that of the Iron Man Mark V, Broken Arrow cast helmet, vest from POC Firefly, staff from POC CC, cape section from ML Dr Strange, Serpentor's skirt, and the from part of Spiderman Mandrin's armor. I took some liberties in adding more red inside the armor where the Mark V had the scaled effect and even included his giant missile launcher and pistol. His helmet comes off to reveal a reptilian head that was once Dudepeel (that terrible Wolvie Origins movie Deadpool) and I modded a hooded CC head to fit under the helmet as well. His mini HISS Tank Segway Drone was made from the back treads of a Hotwheels Motor Master Batman Tumbler kit, some Neo Shifters parts, and other fodder sections. Now Cobra Commander can ride into battle in style, or escape! Last edited by Jin Saotome; 09-13-2010 at 02:46 AM.. |

Great job, as usual. I usually hate anything sigma 6, but this looks incredible. Welcome to TN!

My wife got a major promotion that she would have been crazy to turn down. And it just so happens I have family less than 3 hours away. So this spot was perfect to move to. Funny how things work out!

Hey Saotome,
I don't know what part of the state you are in, but anybody that moves to Nashville never wants to leave. It's a great place to live and raise a family. I went to school at UT Knoxville and also enjoyed East TN. As far as West TN / Memphis goes...
