Ok, here's what the original looked like for those of you who may have forgotten:
Overall, not a bad looking jet, but I just wasn't too fond of the neons and so I started by just customizing the missiles but decided to go all the way with it and chrome it out... It's a little dusty and there are some paint speckles I still need to clean up and some decals I need to work on, but here's what she looks like right now before I decide to mess with it more: I've always liked the Ghost-Striker X-16 but I've never been a fan of the original color scheme, so I decided to change it. It actually looks better in person I think, but I made a few mistakes on it since this is my first real attempt at customizing. Mainly, the paint I used was a real you-know-what. I swear it took like a week to dry. After a day or two I'd go check on it and think it was dry, then I'd get my finger smudges on it and have to go back and fix it again with more spray paint. I almost gave up on it, but I decided what the **** and went on anyway. It's nowhere near perfect, and the paint job has flaws, but hey, I look at the imperfections and tell myself that this bird has seen some action and that stuff's just battle damage and wear & tear. lol

I agree with X... that is a good job on the paint job. I wish that we had a decent 1:18 F22 or F23, those would make awsome new Joe or Cobra planes.
