5 thin coats is way better then one thick coat.
priming the area you want to paint is always a good idea especially when you're using yellow orange white or red. |

WINDEX TO THIN PAINTS I LIVE BY THIS AND IT WORKS
keeps your paint brush super clean too testors acrylics since thats all thats avaliable to me always clean your figs. before painting gets rid of mold release and other contaminants
