Absolutely awesome! I hate the sleeping bag style cockpit, too. That's a great idea.

Nice mods on that cockpit! I don't know why hasbro didn't release it like this to begin with.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah, I really wish Hasbro released it like this. When I was a kid, I didn't have the skill (nor access to cutting tools...haha) to do this. All I did on my Sky Sharc was remove the cockpit completely and taped a cardboard dash on to cover the legs and used a Q-tip as a control stick.
I never thought I would be able to pull this off cause the 25th/ROC figures are bigger than the vintage ones. However, in all honesty, the fit wasn't what I hoped for originally as the Firebat seat cushion was still too high and he had to lie down there. Here's a WIP shot to show how I cheated to make the figure fit more naturally. So basically, I cut a hole in the actual Sharc interior to fit the Firebat one into it but it was still too high so I cut out the Firebat seat cushion too.

I like that a lot! I've never been a big fan of the Sharc/Night Spectre, especially when the controls require the operator to lay down. But I like what you've done!

That's pretty genius! I was looking at an old vintage SHARC wondering how I could pull this off. Great job!
