This is an Homage to issue 95 of the Gi Joe comic where Snake-eyes is captured and is handed over to the Paine Brothers.
The dungeon is constructed out of walls from an old wine rack and foam board. The door is built out of wood sticks and brass hinges. The steps are balsa wood box and wood pieces. The iron maiden was a BK coffin with nails glued to it. The pillory is made from pieces of wood. Captured Snake-eyes is made from two Wolverine figures. The Paine brothers are made from Indiana Jones Thuggie Guard, Molaram and Snake-eyes version three (that outfit Snake-eyes pieced together from the Paine Brother's outfit).

I like the set up a lot. That Snake eyes in the back is pretty interesting. I wouldn't mind seeing a better picture.
