I'm trying to recreate my old action figures from the 70's in a 18th scale. I'm going to put my own spin on most of them but they should still be recognizable.
Do you remember this figure? |

When I was a kid a was HUGE on Mego after the AT...my Best Friend had Super Joe and I was sooo jealous b/c I wanted one so bad. Of course they weren't exactly high quality manufacturing, and I'm glad in retrospect I wasn't disappointed with what would have been a short lived toy. Cool job on these!

Awesome! I can't believe that someone on this board likes Super Joe (I figured on a 12" Joe board, but not here). That is a nice custom.

Thanks for the comments.
I loved the Super Joe line and had them all. Too bad they fell apart so easily. I have no plans yet for the Intruders or should I say no idea how to make them. Again thanks for the comments. |

Always good to see there's other Super Joe fans out there. I'd love to see a Collector's Club exclusive set, similar to this year's Adventure Team set, of Super Joe figures done in the modern-era style. Come on, a Gor, King of the Terrans figure? Where do I sign?
