I cut one rear door from a ROC Cobra Crusher. Cutting out the rear doors on the van can be done but requires a lot of patience. Best way to do this is with an exacto knife and cut in long thin stokes, do not try to cut it out at one time. Score a line down one side over and over until the line opens, this will take some time but will not damage the door. Repeat the process for all four sides. As for the hinges, old lego parts and coffee stiring straws can be used to make hinges. Van door hings are exposed on the outside on most models. For anyone trying this, remember to work slowly and take your time.
Also I'm very suprised the back end is empty. I thought for sure it'd be full of the sound box and electronics. Seems kind of a waste if there's nothing back there and the back doors dont open. |

A lot of model builders heat up wire to cut plastic and shimmy it to cut a straight line. Moist, will say that that works best.
