1. Cut off neck ball, close to base of head. 2. Dremel out a good sized hole inside the head. 3. Use vaseline to coat over torso's neck ball. 4. Fill head with hot glue, place on neck ball. The vaseline will keep the head from gluing the neck ball, and once it's dried, you can pop the head off and trim off he excess glue that comes out. You have a fully movable head that stays on firmly. |
