Teflon tape, also called plumbers tape, works pretty good too. Just get a bit of this, wrap it around the neck ball, and there you go.

This thread was actually pretty helpful. What bugs me though is that some SW heads are waaay smaller than Joe heds.

I can't imagine using anything other than sticky tac. It's available at Target for about $2 a package and holds the head firm, but does not dry and can easily be removed if you wan't to swap heads again. If you get to much just take it off and store it in a Ziploc bag and it's good for the next time.

I do the same with regular scotch tape. Wrap around the neck ball and trim any excess that comes out of the head. It works just fine and is not permanent.

Hot glue for me as well. Once the glue cools, u got a nice snug fit, that doesnt interfer with movement and if you want to remove the glue, use alcohol to loosen the glue and u can pull the plug of glue out.

follow hot glue suggestion, others are shady at best. Green stuff method is a waste of valuable green stuff to me.

Btw, I've noticed the figures with bigger ball joints seem to have more range of movement in the neck.
