You know Xenos it was awhile ago but I think I used either Hawk's hands or the Pit Commando's hands but I can't be positive on that. Thanks again for all of the other comments! I'm glad you guys like the figures. I was surprised to see the thread brought back from the depths. I have a bunch of new figures I'll be posting soon, just putting some finishing touches on them. |

Holy Crap!
All of these are exceptional, but I especially like Hawk, Chuckles, Red Star and Duke. Well done! |

Thanks DnJ I like those too. The Hawk that came out was boring and tiny I wanted to give him a bit more heft, Chuckles was too small and I wanted to base him more off of the movie and the comic book, Red Star I always liked the figure that Hasbro released just didn't capture the "essence" of the character for me so I wanted to make those changes. Duke was my favorite character as a kid so I always have a special place in my heart in making him the way I'd like to see him or how I thought of him as a wee lad.

Hey gijoeben, the head is actually "the general" head that came from Jurrasic Park's 3.75" line from a few years ago. I think you can still get this figure at Toys R Us. As is the head was too big and wide for what I was looking for so I shaved down the sides of his face to give his face a more narrow and proportioned look to the rest of the body.

Does anybody have a pic of Red Star from the cartoon? Trying like hell to find it, and I'm not familiar enough with DiC stuff to look through video.
