I have all those. They are from Hot Toys. They are actually snap together figures with keychains called Snap Kits. There were two series. Series one was Aliens and Predators. Series two was Marines and Aliens. Of course you don't have to attach the keychain part. They are 3.75" for the Marines and between 4 - 5" on the Aliens. I'll also add they are a pain to snap together. I would suggest putting them in boiling water, then putting them together. Hope that helps. Oh yeah, great setup. Didn't mean to derail your thread.

thanks for the comments, guys.Actually the Marines and Aliens are easy to snap together ,unlike the first AVP Snap Kits, also by HT.you just attach the arms, torso ,head and waist.the legs are readily connected to the waist.
here's a pic showing the Marine that I had modded using Shipwreck's lower arms ,one Joe's neck and FF's head. also, for each of my Marine, I took off the existing non-workin holsters and added holsters from BBI EF.the holster shown in the pic is from Shockwave and it does look rather big. Also ,from the pic you can see that the Marine is shorter by a head compare to GI Joe figs. my USCM lineup.I'll be making a Vasquez fig soon since i have 2 more Drakes to spare. L to R unknown Marine, Drake, unknown Marine,Ripley, Frost,Hicks, Apone, Hudson,Crowe and Wierzbowski. As for the dio, i tried to emulate some scenes from the movie. You can see that one blue Alien is trying to chomp Sarge Apone. Then there's the psyched up Hudson standing in front of the Amp Suit ,firing away like the scene where he was shootin away, moments before he was pulled under by one Alien.

Nice, I love these figures. I have a bunch myself, though not as many as you obviously!
Too bad they never made the rest of the marines...
