Just a few minor mods, Flint-in-Cobra-disguise hands/forearms, (lightly sanded to take off the sheen and help blend them to the original upper arms), obviously the vintage weapon, bandoleer upper strap narrowed to allow it to sit better, and of course the head. It's not perfect, but I'm kinda proud of the right ear..
Oh and of course the firefly style goggles painted silver. I had originally used the Baroness glasses painted silver, but didn't like how insecure they were on the head without a strap. EDIT: Added some pics of the grenade bandoleer strap that was trimmed to allow it to sit better. Basically I cut the strap part (left the buckles full width) to the same approx. width as the lower part of the strap. I then used diamond-dust needle files to smooth out the sides and give the trimmed part a uniform finish. It doesn't look molded-sharp, but looks decent and fits much better.

Nice! I used the Baroness goggles for mine. I just drilled holes in the side of his head for her goggles. Love how yours looks. I only wish I had the vintage harpoon gun for mine. :(

I wish he came with his glasses originally. How hard would it have been to mold Firefly goggles in silver?

dunno if I did a factory looking job, or was just too subtle in my original post, but kinda surprised nobody commented..
Take a look at the pics vs original pics of that head. Besides shaving down the beard to the goatee I carved him a right ear. For some reason Outback (and thus Monkeywrench) didn't get a right ear, just a stub sticking out of his hair a good inch or so too far down on the right side of their heads. It was one of the things that bothered me most about the head sculpt, particularly noticeable when adding glasses.

Never noticed the ear until you pointed it out. Yeah, I know what you mean by no right ear. In my case for mine, it worked out better that way as you can see by what I did:
The missing right ear worked out better for me than the left side cause on the left side, it looks almost like the glasses are going into his ear instead of into his hair. Your Monkeywrench is killer though. I wish I had your skill to sculpt all that stuff. Oh yeah, can you take a close up of what you shaved down on the bandolier? For me, I just put mine upside down, but I want to see how much you had to shave on yours.
