Base figure was the Cobra Crimson Guard figure. That's about it. I sculpted the Helmet from scratch, and also the backpack was scratch built. The flame base was from a Star Wars Boba Fett figure with some modification to make it taller. I used hot glue to build it higher then painted it better.
