Hey all
When I first saw Arctic Doc I knew I was gonna ditch the yellow legs. Since I had an extra Snowjob I gave his legs to Doc. Which I think looks better and gives him a Holster for his Flair gun. I also gave him snowjobs Gear and Snow Goggles and here he is. And a Quick head swap and some paint later Last edited by Skull; 08-13-2010 at 08:16 PM.. |

Still hating the orange, but a good idea. The ROC version is awesome. Great job there.

You know. I get the orange jacket. If Doc gets dropped in to rescue a JOE stranded in the snow, then he'll need to be easily seen by whoever is picking him up w/ the patient. However, I don't understand the narrow knees on this figure. That's what really turns me off on this figure. They should have used Snowjobs legs w/o the holster. They could have gone as far as to make an orange stripe down the pant legs to match the coat. I still don't know if I'll pick up Doc or not though.

Nicely done. The second one looks a bit bulkier than we usually see Doc, but I guess you can attribute that to the RIA he's wearing. Good looking figures!

I really like the white legs on the first one. I might have to do that myself.

I'd love to be able to find him at least. I hit TRU on the way to work today and there were 5 shipwrecks (4 now), but no Docs. For all the complaining about the orange, I guess it does make him a lot easier to spot and rescue, even on the pegs!
PS: Really diggin' the RoC oversion! |
