I have to agree, I have tried every yellow paint and they all suck. What black magic are you conjuring to make these Airtights?

http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...ng-though.html Man, I got my Blowtorch in the mail yesterday, and today, instead of my Baron Fel figure (Star Wars figure with the harness/chest piece) I got some Power Girl figure. Ugh, eBay seller sent me someone else's item. I was hoping to finish Airtight this weekend, but it looks like I'm going to have to wait a bit longer. :-\ |

This is the one I picked up from you!
Still one of my faves! He always gets complimented. Thanx again. I love this figure! He's in my case with the rest of my hazardous environment guys! He also has the removable goggles! Which really add to the look! Right now I, my JOE verse. I have him with 25th BBQ and the TRU BBQ (Who I use as a new guy called HAZ-MAT) and Torch. Last edited by MLos1; 02-27-2010 at 01:15 AM.. I already prepped all the parts and half-painted the TRU exclusive BBQ, who is a light yellow, but the paint I put on it just ended up nasty and still rubbed. I'm using the Duke helmet from the Resolute 5-pack, and lower legs from the TRU BBQ (I think) and lower hands from either Matt Trakker or Tripwire. I'm more than likely going to do the chop method you did though, and use most of the body from Blowtorch. I DO need a Doc though, so I'm going to try and hit up some TRUs to see if I can find him. You know, your thigh pockets from Doc idea looks just like he did in some of the Sunbow toons. I noticed that last night when finishing up Season 1. |

Yeah but I like to paint things and let them dry for a few days before putting them on, so there's no sticking. I was hoping to paint this weekend, and assemble during the week sometime. Oh well.
