Hey All,
I just posted a new repaint/ slight modification on my blog. It's the X- Men's Cyclops from the Marvel Universe Secret Wars line. I hope you like him and as always, questions and comments are welcome! See the link below: Figuratively Speaking: THE MAN CALLED... CYCLOPS! |

Yeah that Irritates the hell out of me cykes color is so wrong, I've been totally wanting to do the same thing. This is my favorite Cyclops look so it's important to me.
Really dig how it came out.

Yeah... It is a great fodder body. It's used for Guardian (Vindicator) as well and he has no detail at all- just the plain body. He would be a perfect tabula rasa base for just about any figure. Your right, though... these things are back breaking at 10 bucks a pop. I wouldn't mind it so much if they came bristling with removable weapons and accessories like Joes, but it's just the figure and a card (and I think they come with a stand now, too). Thanks for the comments.

He was a lot of fun to work on. Make sure that you swap out those arms for the most authentic look. I think they shortened his arms a bit so that the fingers on his right hand would would touch the side of his visor and look like he is pressing a button on the side to activate his optic beam. Unfortunately he can no longer do it with his lengthened arms, but he doesn't look like a freak anymore! |
