Even i don't like him, but had to do him to complete the team, probably didn't put enough effort into him
didn't dremel out the helmet, way to small to fit any heda in there, just modded to fit the neck ball

chest sculpted, shoulder pads sculpted, random bits of straps.
midriff belt dremmeled and attached from original figure

wrist cut, hollowed from OG fig and slid over the left forearm, hand plugged back in.

Like how this one turned out, the helmet though makes him look like toadstool from Mario brothers, thinking of switching it out with a SW X-wing pilot's

Roc Commander torso( waist sculpted out) and arms, original figures wrist things, cut, hollowed and slid over CC's forearms, gloves plugged back in.

cobra commander right arm
original figures wrist cut and hollowed, slid over SE for arm and a random glove plugged in
upper legs ROC SE
Boots cut from original figure, holes drilled in the bottom and SE feet plugged in, upper section hollowed a bit and attached to ROC Eel legs with Mars trooper knees.
Removable armor dremmeld from original figure,
belt, Stratoviper web gear.
Have the vintage gun, but its the size of his torso, so i left it out
