I have recently thought up an even better way to do it using straight pins, but I haven't tested it yet. The pin would be cut about 1/3 of the way down from the pin head. Remove the visor, cut off the posts and sand flat. Hold the pin with a pair of needle nose pliers and heat with a lighter, then insert through the visor and into the head. I'll be picking up another SE to try this out soon.

I did a side by side shot to compare my custom to the Hasbro version. Oddly the picture makes the Hasbro figure look better than it does in real life. Although I am still amused by the Hasbro version's thin upper arms, short torso, thick calfs/ankles and HUGE feet.
